Company records revenue of R $ 35.4 billion, 62%advance; Order Wallet goes to $ 26.3 billion and also sets record
Embraer announced on Thursday (27.fev.2025) which ended the 4th quarter of 2024 with adjusted net profit of R $ 1.093 billion, 3 -time performance than R $ 350.6 million from the same period of 2023. Read A of the document (PDF – 2 MB).
In the accumulated 2024, the company reported adjusted net profit of R $ 2.6 billion, compared to the R $ 333 million registered in 2023. Annual revenue was also record, reaching R $ 35.4 billion, a growth of 62%. In dollars, the amount reached $ 6.4 billion.
Expansion of deliveries
Embraer delivered 206 aircraft In 2024, 14% more than the previous year:
- Commercial aviation: 73 jets (47 and 26 and1);
- Executive aviation: 130 jets (75 light and 55 average);
- Defense & Security: 3.
The portfolio of orders with advanced negotiations reached a $ 26.3 billion, an increase of 40% in the annual comparison.
Financial highlights
Embraer’s net debt was reduced from R $ 3.9 billion in the 4th quarter to R $ 684.6 million in 2024, a drop of R $ 3.2 billion.
With this, Moody’s raised Embraer’s credit note for investment degree (BAA3), reflecting the improvement in the financial structure.
Perspectives
For next year, the company projects:
- Deliveries: 77 to 85 commercial jets and 145 to 155 executive jets;
- Revenue: $ 7.0 to $ 7.5 billion;
- Adjusted EBIT margin: between 7.5% and 8.3%;
- Free cash flow: over US $ 200 million.
