One person died and another was injured after a landslide in the city of Jandira, metropolitan region of São Paulo, on Wednesday afternoon (26).
According to the State Civil Defense, the Municipal Civil Defense and the Fire Department were called to do the rescue work. The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) also provided support.
A man was injured with possible femur fracture, he was rescued and sent by the Eagle 14 helicopter, from the Military Police Air Group, to the Hospital das Clínicas, in São Paulo.
After searching for the Civil Defense, the second victim was taken from the scene, but already lifeless. At the site of the landslide, there was a work, with excavation. According to the Civil Defense, the burial happened due to the heavy rain that hit the region on Wednesday (26).
