Brazil has another passenger airline, from the authorization of the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac).
The new company is an integral subsidiary of Avion Express and will be called Avion Express Brazil. Both are part of the Avia Solutions group.
The subsidiary received the Air Operator Certificate (COA). With this, the company is allowed to perform air operations in Brazil and should start its commercial operations in the first quarter of 2025.
By the end of the year, the company is expected to operate 10 Airbus A320 family aircraft and intends to expand the fleet to 25 aircraft by 2028.
