Pay payments with approximation start on Friday, but iPhone users will be left out, at least for now. The service will be available only to those with a mobile phone with Android operating system, which have access to the Google Pay digital wallet.

Apple has not requested license to operate the new sport.
Recently, the company has released the offer of other digital wallets, as well as Apple Pay, in its application store. But, according to executives in the financial sector, the company still charges the use of the “antenna” coupled to the device that allows approximation payments, which, in practice, makes it impossible to provide the service.
As Pix is free, it would not be possible to pass on this cost to the consumer. Sought, Apple did not comment.
As the approximation pix will work
The only digital wallet enabled for the new payment method is Google Pay. To make the Pix for approach by Google’s wallet, users will need to link their accounts to the tool.
From this, when making a payment, the consumer will only need to unlock the phone, approach the device and follow the steps of the PIX payment by the portfolio.
For the user to use the option to approach, the shopkeeper will have to choose, in the machine, by the option of payment by Pix. The QR code will appear on the machine screen.
The consumer will then have to activate Google Pay, which will provide the options of banks registered by the user.
