Images captured with thermographic cameras by movement reveal alarming temperatures, exceeding 50 ° C of thermal sensation, in areas of concentration of carnival blocks in São Paulo.

The markings were made between February 25 and 26, at the main points, days before the festivities of the capital.
The images, obtained by photographer Ana Viotti in places such as the Municipal Theater, Praça da República, Av. Sumaré and Ibirapuera Park evidence the risk for revelers facing above average temperatures for the carnival period.
According to the organization, despite the announcement of the City Hall about the distribution of 2.2 million glasses of water, the number represents only 15% of the public estimated by SPTuris (16 million people).

Sought by the report, São Paulo City Hall reported by note on the first pre-Carnival weekend the distributed water was sufficient to serve the public, with more than 222,000 glasses delivered. The revelers were also advised to bring their own water to hydration in the parades.
