The minister, of the (Supreme Federal Court), voted on Friday (28) to maintain the decision that approved the work plan presented by to give more transparency to parliamentary amendments.

He stressed that the approval of the agreement is not definitive and will remain aware that the agreement is fulfilled. It also gave a deadline until May 30 so that Congress provides new information on the progress of technical and legislative adjustments promised in a work plan.

The President of the Chamber of Deputies, (Republicans-PB), celebrated the approval of the plan presented by the Congress. He said it is the result of dialogue between powers and “recognition of parliamentary prerogatives”.
“Minister Flávio Dino’s decision to approve the amendments’ work plan is the result of the legislature’s efforts to dialogue with the other powers. It is also a recognition of the prerogatives of parliamentarians,” he said at X, former Twitter.
The president of, (-ap), kept the same line of motta, extolling a “important result for Brazil”.
