Fast cake with peanut butter for the weekend. A simple recipe

Peanut butter cake This is a real treat for lovers of cakes with nuts and chocolate. Baking is very moist, reminiscent of brownie consistency, while nuts make the dough pleasantly grumble. It works great as a dessert or afternoon tea, but he will also make a sensation at every family party, although at first glance it looks quite inconspicuous.

Before you get on baking, prepare the right form. The 200 x 200 cm square sheet will work best.

For preparation peanut butteryou will need:

• 200 g of wheat flour,
• 200 g cukru,
• 170 g of peanut butter,
• 120 ml of milk,
• 115 g of soft butter,
• 2 eggs in size L or XL,
• 60 ml of rapeseed oil,
• 60 ml of sour cream 18 percent,
• 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder,
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
• ½ teaspoon salt.

Additionally:

• 100 g of dark chocolate,
• 50 g of roasted earth nuts without salt,
• Sift flour, baking powder and salt to the medium bowl.

Mix milk and cream in a separate bowl. In a mixer bowl, shake butter, peanut butter, oil and sugar at medium speed, to obtain a creamy consistency. Stick one egg, stirring after each of them to completely absorb. Finally, add vanilla extract. Mixing at low speed, add a mixture of flour and milk alternately in 3 parts, stirring only to combine the ingredients.

Finely crush the chocolate and mix it into the dough with nuts. If you do not have risked nuts, you can prepare them yourself in the oven – just 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

Pour the dough into a sheet lined with baking paper measuring 20×20 cm. Put them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake a cake with peanut butter for 40-50 minutes or to a clean stick.

Take the baking from the oven and leave to cool completely before cutting. Store it in the fridge, in a tight container, up to 5 days.
