Still on the subject, the president of the Senate has added that it is necessary to mediate the amnesty that can be granted, so that it is not granted to all “equally”.
“We have to make a mediation and a modulation in the issue of amnesty,” he continued. “It cannot be an amnesty for everyone equally, and it cannot, in court decisions, be a punishment for everyone in the same gravity,” he said.
Alcolumbre also stated that “the penalties are being so large” that the population ends up moving and “wanting the amnesty.”

- Revocation of measures, in res judicata or not, that limit the freedom of expression of those involved in the media and social networks
The measures also apply to everyone who participated in events before or after January 8, as long as they keep correlation with the facts.
