A post by the federal deputy (PL-SP) this Thursday (27) showed the discomfort of the Bolsonaro family with leaders of the right who would be straying from the defense of the former president.
According to allies of the former president, the main target of discontent is the deputy (PL-MG), although Eduardo has not cited him nominally.
He commented on a video of influencer Allan dos Santos, who criticized Nikolas for not sufficiently defending the former president, ineligible after conviction of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).
“What future the right thinks it will have Bolsonaro arrested or not competing in 2026?” Eduardo said.
According to him, the siege of Bolsonaro may have similar effect on other conservative field leaders, which would include Nikolas himself. “Several from the right who think they are Senate favorites in 2026 can be ineligible,” he says.
The irritation of the Bolsonaros with the deputy Minas Gerais comes since last year, in the dispute for the City of São Paulo.
More recently, he started to doubt his presence in an act organized by the former president in Rio de Janeiro on March 16.
