Yellow cheese cake It’s a kind of cold cheesecake, reminiscent of a round yellow cheese. Due to the unusual appearance, this dessert love children. This is an extremely healthy sweet delicacy, because it only contains jelly sugar. Mango fruit gives natural sweetness. The cheesecake base is yogurt.
Needless to say, such a snack is also ideal for adults – especially for mango lovers.
You need only a few ingredients to prepare yellow cheese:
- 370 g of water,
- 2 yellow jellies, e.g. lemon (2×70-75 g),
- 400 g of dense natural yogurt,
- 250 g purée z mango.
Put the bottom of the cake tin with a diameter of 18 cm with baking paper.
Prepare jelly As described on the packaging, but using only 370 ml of water. Instead of lemon jelly, you can use another, e.g. mango, peach. It must be in a yellow, or orange color. Set the finished jelly to cool.
Blend the ripe mango fruit for purée. You can also use a ready -made canned product. Mango mix with yogurt, and then – with a cooled but still liquid jelly. Pour the mass into the cake tin and put in the fridge for a few hours.
Transfer the concentrated “cake” to a patera. Make holes in it – larger, e.g. ice cream gallower, smaller – with a metal straw for drinks. Store the yellow cheese cake in the fridge.
