Musk was attending the first cabinet meeting, but did not sit on the table with members of the government. Donald Trump asked him to get up and speak first of all, what exactly does his part, called the Department of Government Effectiveness, has a role.
MSK: “Federal deficit threatens America”
So Musk took the floor and addressed the cabinet saying that the federal deficit threatens America’s stability and that the cuts that have been made so far are only a drop in the ocean. And he predicted, excluding the role of his team, that without his team’s attempt to cut spending throughout the US federal government “America will go bankrupt”.

Musk also acknowledged that some mistakes had been made and explained that they were accidentally stopped the efforts of the US International Development Aid (USAID) to prevent Ebola and that it was quickly corrected once they were notified of the mistake.
Trump cheers and reference to Zelenski
US President Donald Trump spoke in good words about the effort – under Musk’s guidance – to ask any federal official to provide a list of the five things he succeeds in the week, noting that the cabinet supports this effort.
“If this is not the case, I would like to speak,” Trump said, addressing his government ministers.

Trump then asked his ministers the following question: “Is anyone unhappy with the scent”? “If so, we’ll throw him out here,” laughing in the room.
Members of the cabinet applauded their president.
“President Trump has gathered the best cabinet of all time,” said Ilon Musk.
It is noteworthy that Donald Trump announced during the cabinet that Ukraine President Volodimir Zelenski will visit him on Friday 28/2 to seal a deal that grants the US rights to the rare land of Ukraine and the mines.
