A may cause a loss of R $ 20.2 billion to the public coffers by 2025 because of insufficient compensatory measures to cover the extension of the benefit, says the AGU (Attorney General of the Union) in manifestation to the Supreme Court (STF).
The demonstration was filed on Friday (28) in the file of ADI (direct action of unconstitutionality) that discusses the extension of tax exemption of 17 sectors of the economy and municipalities.
