The (Civil Police of the Federal District) arrested on Friday (28.FEV.2025) a 52 -year -old man accused of trying to invade the (Supreme Court) and threaten court officials and ministers.

In a statement, the corporation stated that the man, who did not have the identity revealed, planned “Extremist actions”. The attempted invasion took place on Wednesday (26.FEV). This is the statement (PDF – 141 kb).

“The man tried to invade the Supreme Court building on the last Wednesday (26.FEV), when he gave several threats, offenses and hostiles to ministers of the Supreme. During the investigations carried out by DPCEV, several evidence was obtained that man planned extremist actions ”said the corporation.

According to police, during the fulfillment of the search and seizure warrant, the man tried to resist the arrest and disadvantaged the agents. In your home, they were found “Tickets confirming their violent intentions” and an artifact for the construction of homemade pump.

Also seized were a coat for the exclusive use of the DF Military Police, “Used improperly by the accused”1 mobile device and 1 computer.
