Prime Minister Robert Fico (Smer-SD) does not understand that Slovakia’s life interest is a safe and economically strong Europe. If they are on the side of Putin and Trump, it is most harmful to Slovakia. This results from the opinion of the leader of the opposition PS Michal Šimečka. TASR informed Tereza Mikáčová from the Media Department of the PS.
“The only state reaction to yesterday’s humiliating behavior of the US President in the White House would be even greater support for the European Unity and Ukraine. Unfortunately, Prime Minister Fico could again not exceed his own shadow,” He said Šimečka.

Added that Slovakia has reservations and other requirements and will not support Ukraine either financially or militarily to continue the war.
On Friday, Greeding on Friday prematurely left negotiations with Trump, who wrote that the Ukrainian president is not ready for peace. This was preceded by a sharp exchange of views between the two leaders in the Oval Working of the White House.
