Atlasintel survey indicates disapproval of 49.7%; technical draw between the results exposes strong polarization
Atlasintel survey shows that US President Donald Trump (Republican )’s approval was 50.3% after just over 1 month in office. The rate varied 0.2 percentage point upwards (50.1%). The disapproval remained at 49.7%.
The results set a technical draw within the 2 percentage point error margin for more or less. They mean that the evaluation of the republican government is polarized. Here A (PDF – 6 MB).
The data were collected online from 24 to 27 February. 2,849 people participated in the survey in the US. The survey has a 95%confidence interval.
Among the interviewees, 47.4% evaluated Trump’s performance in the US presidency as “roomy” or “Bad”. Another 46.3% evaluated him positively (“bom” or “excellent”). Near percentages also indicate a strong polarization.
Asked about Trump’s political proposals and actions, 48% of respondents said it was “Strongly in favor” of mass deportation of illegal immigrants. Another 35% declared to be “Strongly against”.
On the application of tariffs to other countries “As a negotiation tactic”40% spoke totally against, while 44% approved totally.
