Sometimes it happens that there is no time to give dinner, especially in today’s hectic times. Often we are satisfied with the bread greased with butter, or we cut sausages into the pot and eat in a few minutes.
I don’t believe that you never happened to cracked your sausages. There are several ways to prepare them so that they do not crack, which will flow their taste and there are several. So how do you prepare sausages so that they are tasty and juicy?

Water pot
Every household knows this way of cooking sausages and is probably most commonly used. How to do it right? Remember that water should not be boiled. Add sausages to the water, preferably the high quality with the highest possible meat content, at about 90 degrees Celsius. True, how to measure the water temperature at home, right? Try to either estimate it or excite it with a little trick – first cook the water and turn off the burner or hotplate as soon as it starts to bubble. Let stand for a minute and only put sausages in the water. Leave them in a pan for at least 5 minutes, if you prepare sausages for a larger number of people, so 10.
And another thing – so that the sausages do not crack, do not put them in a casserole with water immediately after removing from the fridge, but take them a little earlier. Also, do not throw into the water, but slowly insert.
Gradual heating in a pot of water
Another correct option is to put sausages in a cold water pot and let them warm up. The purpose is that the sausage is evenly hot. Here, too, be careful that the water does not reach the boiling point. Plus the well -known butcher Martin Čejka encourages that sausages do not leave in the water for a long time. There is a risk that they start to dry out and the tastes of the sausage pass into the water.
Steam on them
Put sausages on the steamer you have at home if you prepare bread dumplings. They should lie on the steamer for about 10 minutes. This method seems to be the best in terms of maintaining taste and juiciness.
Microwave
Falling sausages to Mirkovlnka is clearly the fastest way to get warm food. Professional chefs would fly out of the skin if they saw their helpers heat sausages in a microwave. Nemally, for us common people is sometimes the easiest choice. Therefore, if you take this microwave, it is not good to stack the sausages on the plate and put it in the microwave for a few minutes for heating.
The result will then be wrinkled, scared and especially at one end warm and at the end the other colder. Therefore, we advise them first in a suitable container of water and then heat in the microwave.
