Fast salad with time to dinner This is an excellent source of all ingredients whose regular consumption is recommended by dietitians.

- 1 large leek (white part),
- 2 apples,
- 1 carrot.
Sos:

- half a lemon juice,
- 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt,
- 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise,

- 1 teaspoon of honey,
- Salt, freshly ground pepper (to taste).
Rinse the leek and cut into slices. If you want the taste of the vegetable to be milder, put slices into a colander and pour boiling water. Peel the carrot and grate on a large grater. Peel the apples. Grate on the same grater as a carrot. Immediately sprinkle the apple with lemon juice so that they do not darken.
Place all the ingredients of the salad in a bowl. Mix In a separate dish, combine yogurt, chopped chives, mayonnaise, mustard and honey. Mix to a uniform sauce. Do it with salt and pepper, mix the sauce and pour into the salad. Combine all ingredients. Put in the fridge for an hour to make the flavors bite.
