Derek Lunsford, champion of this year’s Arnold Classic Ohio in the Open category, tore compliments to Brazilian Fabricio Pacholok, coach of Derek and also Ramon Dino. The American still cited Chris Aceto, who is also part of the technical team of the two athletes.
“I’ve got an Olympia once, I feel like I can train, and there are several ways to train to get a good physique. When we aligned Pacho’s training with my training style and with the guidelines of Aceto, with diet, nutrition and everything, I think it’s a victory protocol, ”he said in an interview with the YouTube Monster Cast.

Fabricio Pacholok and are trainers of Ramon and Derek. In February, Dino underwent a training period with the American, who was in the final stretch of preparation for Arnold.
Ramon announced Pacho as coach earlier this year, after ending his work with the former trainer, the black belt.
