  • 3-4 eggs,
  • 2 tablespoons of milk (optional),
  • salt and pepper to taste,
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil or butter (optional, to lubricate the form),

  1. Preparation of the form – it’s best to use a small, heat -resistant mold or a silicone bowl that will fit in. It can be gently greased with oil or butter so that the eggs do not stick to it.
  2. Eggs – break the eggs in a bowl and thoroughly with a fork or whisk. You can add milk so that the omelette is more fluffy. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Adding ingredients – cut your favorite additions and mix them with eggs. You can add grated cheese that will give the omelette a creamy consistency, or ham or vegetables to diversify the taste.
  4. Baking in Airfryer – pour in the egg mixture into the prepared mold and put it in the Airfryer basket. Set the temperature to 180 ° C and bake for 10-12 minutes until the eggs are completely cut. If you like a more ruddy omelette, you can extend time by 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serving – after baking, carefully remove the mold from Airfryer, wait a while so that the omelette cools slightly and then serve it hot. You can decorate with fresh herbs, e.g. chives or basil.

Eggs are A great source of protein, and preparing them in the airfryer does not require a lot of fat, which makes the dish easily digestible and healthy. In addition, you can adapt the ingredients to your own dietary needs – e.g. avoid cheese if you count calories or add more vegetables for additional vitamins.
