Thanks to the high water content Aloe provides in -depth moisturizing the face. It also has multi -granted people, thanks to which it penetrates intercourse spaces, providing them with nutritious substances.

The juice from this plant eliminates because stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. It can also be used for inflammation, including skin redness.

Aloe is ideal for the care of oily and mixed skin because has a moisturizing effect without burdening the skin. In addition, it limits the work of sebaceous glands, regulating sebum secretion and reducing the tendency to oily skin.

The aloe mask is made quickly and easily. We need 3 ingredients to prepare it, i.e.

  • 1 tablespoon of aloe juice or flesh;
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil;
  • 1 cooked potato without salt.

The potato has brightening and moisturizing propertiesthanks to the content of starch and vitamin C, which helps level the skin tone. It also has a soothing effect on irritation and soothes swelling, which makes it ideal in the fight against redness.

Olive oil is a natural emollient that moisturizes, nourishes and regenerates the skinimproving its flexibility. Contains antioxidants that protect against free radicals, slowing down the aging process. Thanks to its rich structure, this product also helps in maintaining lipid balance of the skin, preventing it from drying out.

So how do you combine these 3 ingredients? Crushed, cooked potato and add aloe juice and olive oil to it, stirring. We put the prepared mask on the face for 20 minutes and after this time we wash it with lukewarm water.
