Traditional Mexican casseroles are the equivalent of Italian Bruschetta, of course with a hint of spice and chorizo. Delicate, wheat bread is best suited to prepare this dish – Such as a baguette. Fried beans are prepared originally from cooked grains. It is usually black beans. For time saving, you can use easily available red canned beans. The whole comes out slightly crunchy, juicy and full of taste.
Ingredients:

Method of performance:
Cut the tomato (remove the seed nest beforehand) and a piece of chili pepper (to taste) into cubes. Chop parsley. Connect in a bowl.
Cut the rolls lengthwise in half. In each half, slightly knead the soft interior – so that the hole is formed. Brush the rolls with butter and put in the oven preheated to 190 ° C for a few minutes.
Cut the onion into cubes. Add a little less than half to the other vegetables. Fry the rest in oil.
Add the beans and garlic squeezed through the Prague to the pan with onions. Fry for a few minutes, crushing the beans with a fork to the paste (it does not have to be perfectly crushed). Season with salt.
