Classic wheat bread is increasingly eliminated from a daily diet. It is for all these people that this recipe for protein bread. You only need two ingredients to prepare it:
- 100 g of ground linseed,
- 7 egg proteins (approx. 250 g),
- A pinch of salt (optional).
Preparing this is really easy. Start from warming the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with hot air turned on. Put the 25 cm long baking paper with baking paper.
