Ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- A can of tuna in its own sauce,
- Little onion,
- 2 ground cucumbers,
- a small bunch of radish,
- a spoon of chopped parsley,
- spoon of chopped dill,
- a spoon of chopped chives,
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt,
- a spoon of mayonnaise,
- 2 teaspoons of mustard,
- Salt, freshly ground pepper (to taste).
Method of performance:
Cook the eggs hard (8 minutes from the moment the water boils). Cool, peel and cut into cubes. Place the chopped eggs in a large bowl.
Drain the tuna from the pickle. Transfer to a bowl with eggs.
Peel the onion and room in cubes. Cut the washed cucumbers and deprived of inedible parts of radish into slightly larger cubes. Combine vegetables with the rest of the ingredients.
Add chopped greens to the ingredients of the salad.
In a separate vessel, combine mayonnaise and mustard yogurt. Mix thoroughly and add to a bowl with a salad.
Mix all salad ingredients. Season it with salt and pepper. Put in the fridge for an hour so that the flavors bite.
