As already mentioned, you will only need vanilla protein pudding, low -fat curd, quality dark chocolate, biscuits, fruit and possibly sweetener. Mix the curd with pudding thoroughly, and if you want a sweeter variant, you can sweeten it at will. Instead of sugar, healthier alternatives can be chosen, such as fruit syrups that give dessert an interesting taste.

Dessert is ideal to prepare in individual portions, whether in small glasses or mugs. Bring the biscuits to the bottom of each container, add a layer of prepared cream and repeat this procedure at least three times. Grate quality dark chocolate on the last layer and decorate with fresh fruit at the end. Try to choose seasonal fruits and, if possible, choose products from local organic retailers. Your dessert will not only be great to taste, but also healthy and full nutrients.

But you can adjust the curd dessert to your taste and experiment with different flavors.
