Today, there are at least two bills in the legislature that deal with changes in the law of good. They seek to simplify the operationalization of the norm, expand its effectiveness and make these tax incentives more affordable.
According to assistants, the minister evaluates that it is necessary to reduce the regional concentration of these incentives, which benefit mainly companies in the South and Southeast.
