PM holds a man for the crime of receiving in Rio Branco and recovers victim assets

Cleilton de Souza Cabral, 21, was arrested on charges of receiving on the morning of Tuesday (4). The suspect was arrested after being identified as responsible for the possession of stolen objects in the residence of a man in the Cada Velha neighborhood.

According to information from the Military Police from the Special Operations Battalion (Bope) and the 1st Battalion, they were on routine patrolling when they were called via Copom to meet a case of theft at 131 St. Raimundo Street. Upon arriving at the scene, the team found the Giro garrison, which was already in contact with the victim.

She reported being robbed at dawn on Monday, March 3, and reported that her neighbor had seen individuals carrying objects from her home and car, which was recovered by the garrison on a nearby street.

With information about the possible authors, the teams moved to the house of one of the suspects, located at Travessa São Francisco, 277. There, the LP resident reported that the stolen objects were in an apartment in the back, belonging to her son. Upon arriving at the scene, the police spotted a 75 -inch Samsung television through the window. The resident, when called, confirmed that her nephew, Cleilton, had left the TV at dawn on the 3rd.

During the approach to Cleilton, he claimed to have bought the two televisions (one 75 and one 32 inch) from a chemical dependent known as “Neguin”, at prices well below the market value. Police also found other items in the residence, such as a damaged pink Samsung Pink phone, a 32 -inch Buster TV, a golden cord, a Google Chromecast, a tool backpack, among other objects, all recognized by the victim as belonging to her.

The investigation also revealed that the victim’s vehicle, during the theft, was tracked until the end of Rua Mars, where he remained for a long period. At the site, a point of sale and drug use was identified, used by factories. The victim also recognized other objects recovered at the scene.

Given the facts, Cleilton was arrested in the act for receiving and taken to the Flagrant Police Station (Defla), where he was delivered along with the seized objects for the proper procedures.
