This year, American coach Chris Aceto can win three titles in a single edition of Mr. Olympia. The American prepares three athletes who are strong candidates for the tournament title in their categories: Ramon Dino, Derek Lunsford and Ali Bilal.
Despite fourth place last year, Ramon is still one of Classic Physique’s big names, as he was vice in two editions. Even with criticism after in 2024 (when it was harmed by sweat during stage performance), the Brazilian chose to keep on the team this season.
Earlier this year, the American also began working with Derek Lunsford, two-time champion of Mr. Olympia (one at Open and another at 212) and current Arnold Classic Ohio champion at Open.
Despite finishing third last year, Derek is still one of the big names in the tournament’s Open category, mainly because, on Saturday (1), surpassed Nigerian Samson Dauda, last year’s Olympia winner.
Derek and Aceto after retirement by Hany Rambod, who worked with athletes such as Chris Bumtead, Phil Heat, Hadi Choopan, Jay Cutler, among others, and was Lunsford coach.
Finally, in February this year, Chris also took the preparation of Afghanistan’s bodybuilder Ali Bilal, last year’s Olympia runner-up in the Men’s Physique category, behind only Briton Ryan Terry.

Who is Chris Aceto?
Chris Aceto has been a bodybuilding coach for 30 years. The American is one of the big names in the world sport and participated in the work of great athletes, such as Jay Cutler, Mr. Olympia’s four-time champion, and Shawn Rhoden, champion of the tournament in 2018.
He also has Brazilian athletes in the curriculum, such as Eduardo Correa, which was 2nd placed at 212 Olympia in 2014, the country’s best position in the category, and working with and Rafael Brandão, which at Open in 2024.
William Martins and Sergio Oliva Jr. are other examples of athletes from Brazil in Chris’s curriculum. As a coach, he has also “won” Arnold Classic, Europe Pro and most of the world’s major bodybuilding championships.
According to the coach’s own website, there are more than 100 titles in professional bodybuilding championships at IFBB (International Bodybuilding Federation) with more than 40 athletes.
