The weekend was moved in the state championships throughout Brazil. The season is still at the beginning, but regional competitions are already in their decisive phase, with increasingly fierce clashes. Check out a summary of the main games:
Bahian Championship
Vitória took a big step towards the final by winning Atletico-BA 4-0 in the first semifinal game. In the other key, the surprise was the Jacuipense, who beat Bahia 2-1 in the Fonte Nova Arena. Now, Tricolor must win by two goals difference in the return game to secure a place in the final.

Carioca Championship
Once again, Flamengo got the best about Vasco. With a goal from Bruno Henrique, Red-Black won 1-0 in the semifinal’s first leg. In the last 31 clashes, Vasco has exceeded their rival only twice and now they need to win by two goals difference to reach the final.
In the other semifinal, Fluminense found no difficulties and thrashed Volta Redonda 4-0 at Maracanã. With the victory, Tricolor practically secured their fifth consecutive final.

Gaucho Championship
Gauchão’s final is defined: we will have Gre-Nal in the decision!
Internacional secured their place by beating Caxias in both semifinal games. Already Grêmio needed an extra dose of emotion to reach the decision. After beating the youth 2-1 in the first round game, the tricolor got a player less in the second half of the return and saw the opponent open 2-0, a result that would eliminate him. However, in the 51st minute of the final stage, Gustavo Martins scored a great goal of bicycle, bringing the dispute for penalties.
In direct shots, the star of goalkeeper Tiago Volpi, who secured Grêmio’s classification for the grand final against Internacional.

Cearense Championship
Ceará is very close to the final after winning Maracanã (the Ceará team, not the stadium) 3-0 in the first leg. Vozão may even lose by two goals difference in the return that will still be classified.
In the other confrontation, Railway and Fortaleza were 0-0. The decision will take place in Castelão, where those who win will secure a place in the final.

Paulista Championship
Paulistan is about to define his semifinalists. Palmeiras, Santos and Corinthians have already secured their place, while Sao Paulo and Novorizontino still compete for the last place.
Palmeiras advanced with peace of mind, beating São Bernardo 3-0 away from home, highlighting the alviverde jewel goal, Estevão. On Sunday, Corinthians beat Mirassol 2-0 at the Arena Neo Chemistry and also qualified.
The highlight of the quarterfinals was Santos’ victory over Red Bull Bragantino 2-0, with a missing goal from Neymar. The return of “Boy Ney” to Fish continues to say and promises great emotions in the final stretch of the championship.
