A woman, who did not have her identity revealed, was arrested by municipal guards after biting people in a cabin at the Marquês de Sapucaí sambadrome in Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday night (4).
As determined by CNNagents of Ronda Maria da Penha were called by a box security guard in sector 5. The suspect had signs of drunkenness and resisted the approach, trying to bite even the municipal guards.
The case was registered as bodily injury, resistance and contempt at the 6th Police Station (New City).
According to the City of Rio, this year, this was the third prison made by the teams of Ronda Maria da Penha in the Sambadrome. The other cases were flagrant of violence against women: one last Friday (28) and one on Monday (2).
