The corruption case, which shook the prestigious Czech hospital in Motol, took on the monstrous dimensions. Although it might seem that at the top of the pyramid of bribes and the abuse of the Eurofunds could have been the top chief of the well -known medical facility Miloslav Ludvík, who is prosecuted, the investigation suggests something else. The Czech media fits Ludvík’s exnamestner Pavel Budinský.

It turns out that he lived a truly fairy -tale life – it was found out by journalists from the Seznama website. Although Budinský kept his widespread real estate shops from the public from the public, the contracts published in the Land Register reveal his world. They prove that since 2017 he has gradually gained up to 86 land (especially around Jindřichova Hradec), for which he paid more than 6.37 million crowns. However, neither purchase in his property declarations from 2017 to 2023, for which he is now threatened with a fine of 50,000 Czech crowns. There were 20 cases of purchases, but he faces a fine for a single (buying two land from 2023 near Telča for 360 675 Czech crowns) – others are already time -barred.

According to the police, Budinský also owns an undetected amount of real estate in Montenegro and Costa Rica. In a resolution on the commencement of criminal prosecution, detectives describe that they were listened to his interview, explaining how he wanted to solve the land in Chrustenice, which was bought by lawyer and sports official Miroslav Jansta – he is also accused in the case. Initially, Budinský planned that the Czech land would be replaced by just one of the land he had on Costa Rica.

In the past, the long -time “rulers” of the hospital in Motol, the then director Ludvík and Deputy Budinský, bought shares in SBI Holding, based in Benin, Africa. By the resolution of their accusations, the police wrote that Ludvík was forty shares of this company worth sixteen crowns per share. However, Ludvík did not mention the ownership of these shares from 2017 to 2023.

It is SBI Holding, which, according to police officers, is not working on the findings of detectives in the case. Investigators say that the transaction of Budinský and Ludvík with her actions was only to legalize the income of these accused, which were fluctuating from corruption.

Investigatives from Ohryto.cz have now also revealed the background of this company and people from whom the Motol Duo shares of the company in 2013. At the same time, the company began to deal with the research of minerals in Benin, as well as “the purchase and sale of the Golden Titan”.

Budinský is originally a military doctor and a veteran from missions in Kosovo and Iraq with the rank of colonel. In Motola, he was the function of the hospital’s operating and technical deputy, so he managed the area through which big money flowed. He supervised the construction of new pavilions, asked for hundreds of millions of subsidies, but also dealt with who would dare waste, paint the department or receive a order to the hospital café. The accusation states that only in the last two years from supplier companies has requested bribes for at least 76 million crowns – for himself and the director of the hospital Miloslav Ludvík. According to evidence from cameras and eavesdropping, he took over at least 8.3 million crowns.

They reportedly wore the bribes in the envelope to the office – either the bribers put them straight into the drawer in the table, or handed over from hand to hand – there was no words.

War in the police: condemned one of the actors

Ján Kaľavský, who in the past became one of the central figures in the so -called war in security forces, condemned for good. On Tuesday, the Supreme Court imposed five years in prison and a five thousand financial penalty for receiving bribes as a police officer of the elite unit, abusing the authority of a public official, revealing classified information and Maril Justice.

The original seven -year punishment was mitigated as a result of the government amendment to the criminal codes, which even significantly reduced the penalty rates even in corruption.

Kaľavský first at NAKA was one of the colleagues of Ján Čurilla. He was the head of operators of the National Criminal Agency. But then he witnessed the inspection team of the arc, which eventually accused Čurilla and his colleagues of trying to prosecute people from the police inspection and the secret service. He himself described himself as a demonstration cop. “I haven’t brought information in my life, I have been a policeman for 20 years and I was doing the law all the time. I was a prototype of the pattern of the cop, what it should be, ”he told the media in 2021.

The manor house where Fico went: He owns it to a weird guy

A strange man emerged in the background of the company that owns the Vinosadian mansion where Prime Minister Robert Fico went. Kysučan Milan Paršo has been the only statutory representative of the company Renewal of Cultural and Historical Monuments. In the past, the mafia shot at him, resident in the old neglected house. There is no indication that he was the owner of a flashy historical headquarters.

“Give me contact with you, someone will contact you within a few days and explain everything,” said Aktuality.sk to Martin Turček, who searched him in Kysuce. But someone who was supposed to explain everything has not been heard to date.

A report on the search for a journalist after this person can be found on the following line:

Travelers pay for old sins

After many years, the state retreated in a dispute, which eventually costs the Slovak Road Administration (SSC) to EUR 2.7 million. The case with the travelers is moving from the breakthrough of the millennium. It is a relatively royal lawyer’s remuneration, which climbed from several thousand euros to the huge amount. The lawyer was enough to do four legal acts and before him was the vision of a very interesting amount of money.

The beginning of the case goes back to the era of the government of Vladimir Meciar – until 1998. The travelers then signed a contract for the construction of the Ladce – Sverepec motorway section with Hydrostav. Although we have been driving after this section for almost 20 years, its construction was not easy at all.

Hydrostav was in financial problems after signing the contract, and even the charges of tunneling came. The Slovak Road Administration therefore proceeded to a logically sounding step today and signed a contract for the construction of a motorway with a consortium led by Doprastav, which ended in the competition for the second contract

However, Hydrostava did not like this and began to judge the Slovak Road Administration. The construction giant, which was already bankrupt at that time, filed a lawsuit on 6 August 2002 – he demanded the entire amount for which he was to build a highway, ie more than four billion Slovak crowns.
