First to receive workers are born from January to April and who linked the bank account to the Caixa app
The workers who joined the Anachindo with the FGTS (Service Time Guarantee Fund) and were dismissed without cause from January 2020 until the end of February this year begins to receive, on Thursday (6.mar.2025), the full balance of deposits of former employers. The money was blocked for those who opted for this withdrawal, but was released by an MP (Provisional Measure).
On Thursday (6.mar) are received workers born in January, February, March and April and who linked the bank account to the FGTS application, from Caixa Econômica Federal. At this stage payments of up to R $ 3 thousand will be made. Those who have a retained balance greater than this amount will receive the difference in June.
The MP that allowed the early withdrawal was published on the last Friday (28.FEV) in the Federal Official Gazette. In all, there will be 12.1 million workers, who will receive R $ 12 billion. The government clarified that the MP is exceptional and retroactive, not benefiting the future fired.
The workers dismissed without cause from March and who opted for the anaquenal withdrawal will continue to have the balance retained, receiving only the termination fine of 40%. The other rules of the Anaque Anniving were not changed.
Of the 12.1 million benefited workers, only 2.5 million will be entitled to the full balance of deposits made by former employers in FGTS. The remaining 9.6 million will have discounted the anticipation of the anaquenal, type of loan offered by financial institutions.
The money will be paid by Caixa Econômica Federal in two stages: one in March and one in June. Those who registered the bank account in the FGTS application, about 85% of the target audience, will receive regardless of the month of birth.
