Such breakfast is not only tasty, but will also give you energy for the whole day.
To prepare two portions pistachio porridgeyou will need:
- 120 g of oatmeal,
- 40 g of pistachio paste,
- 400 ml of water, milk or plant drink,
- 200 g of natural yogurt,
- A bit of salt
- 2 teaspoons of liquid honey,
- a handful of raspberries,
- A few pistachios for decoration.
Place the oatmeal in a saucepan. Pour them with water or milk. Cook until the flakes absorb the water and thicken, stir all the time so that nothing burns. If necessary, add a little water or milk. When the porridge is ready, add pistachio paste and mix thoroughly. Add yogurt, mix and spread the ready poverty into the bowls. Decorate the whole with raspberries and pour honey.
