The Russian rocket attack hit the hotel in the Crye Rihu, died at least two people and 28 others suffered injuries, including one child.

At least two people lost their lives for a Russian missile attack, which hit a five -story hotel in Kryvyj Rih in the middle of Ukraine on Wednesday evening, TASR reports according to AFP. Another 28 people suffered injuries, the Gubernator of the Dnepropetrov region Serhij Lysak said in the meantime on the telegram platform.

“The Russian rocket hit a five -story hotel and (on the spot) a fire broke out,” the Ukrainian ambulance said on the telegram. She also informed that the hotel staircase was destroyed and rescuers under the rules were searched for survivors.

Gubernate Lysak, around midnight, reported that the number of injured has increased to 28 people, including one child.

Kryvyj Rih is the hometown of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Greenland. It lies approximately 70 kilometers northwest of the front line. More than 600,000 people lived there before the war.
