The 20 -year -old who would have been that they offered her a ride on the car last Sunday (2/3) in Greater São Paulo, managed to film the PMs after the alleged crime. The video was obtained exclusively by Metropolis (Watch below).
The soldier, both from the 24th Diadema Battalion, were arrested in the act on Monday (3/3). In addition to sexual crime, both respond for theft, because they would have gone disappeared with the victim’s cell phone and belongings, as well as abandonment and mission breach, because they left their patrolling area without authorization and no justified reason. PM defenses were not found until the publication of this report. The space is still open to demonstrations.

The young woman’s mother said, in an exclusive interview with Metropolisthat the videos were made after sexual abuse. “Before, she didn’t make any record because she thought she was being taken home.” The weather changed, however, when the PMs entered the car on a dark, deserted street, she said.
“The PMs were consuming a lot of alcohol, they were drunk and even offered to her when she entered the car. She remembers she was very whiskey. ”
The report found that police officers underwent examinations at the PM Hospital, but no results have been released by the corporation or the Secretariat of Public Security () so far.

After the rape, the two police officers returned to the front seats of the PM car and began to circulate. It was at this moment that the victim began to send the audios and the video, in which he talks about the abuse. “She was upset saying she wanted to go home because they had abused her.”
Before the crime, the young woman had informed her residential address to the police. Both, however, as the video made by the victim shows, they claim not to know where she lives.
Left on highway
Early in the early hours of Monday (3/3), a PM officer received the videos of the young woman inside the car. He states, according to official records, there is no “libidinous act in the images”, adding that, “however, her last contact with the family member was at 22h [de domingo]”.
The two police officers pointed out by the young woman as perpetrators of the alleged abuse were later found and, asked, said they had “provided support to the girl,” adding that she allegedly “went out in the car.”
They refuse to have sexually abused her and, as a result of the alleged outbreak, asked her to land from the police car near Anchieta Highway. Soldier Leo and Corporal James carried body cameras, and the images will be analyzed by the PM Internal Affairs.
The report found that the young woman was left in a branch, bare, and that the PMs took her belongings away, including her cell phone.
