The profile of President Luiz Inacio da Silva (PT) has mistakenly published the information that the egg had the import rate zeroed, just as other foods had. The post was erased minutes later and replaced by a new, corrected.
The vice president, (), announced on Thursday (6) that the government goes, such as meat, coffee, corn, sunflower oil, palm oil, olive oil, sardines and sugar. Measures should come into force in the coming days. The egg is not on the list.
Secom (Secretariat of Social Communication) confirmed the error of the inclusion of the egg in the publication and stated that it would correct the information.
Around 9 pm, a new post was made, with the images of the products that will have taxed.
