20 minutes: “Ghost” by Passos Coelho again and government approves 10 diplomas for four days of the confidence motion

The motion of trust, which will be discussed and voted on Tuesday in Parliament, is generating different opinions among ministers of the government of Montenegro. Some predict Pedro Passos Coelho’s return by André Ventura’s hand. At the last meeting of the Council of Ministers before the Voting of the Motion of Confidence, which will take place next Tuesday, the government approved 10 diplomas, including the conversion of five hospitals into public-private partnerships.
