Argentines do vigil for the health of Pope Francis

Thousands of devotees gathered in Buenos Aires on Friday (7) for a candlelight in support of Pope Francis, who remains in a delicate but stable condition while fighting pneumonia.

According to Vatican reports, the 88 -year -old has been hospitalized since February 14 due to bronchitis complications that led to bilateral pneumonia.

The devotees expressed their hopes and prayers for Pope Francis’ rapid recovery during a mass held in his honor.

“Thank God, he has slowly improved, although the voices of the usual enemies and pessimists want to say the opposite,” said Father Alejandro Russian during a Sermon on Mass.

Highlighting his reduced condition, thanking all those who prayed for him. His voice was hoarse, panting and hard to understand.
