Theophilo’s defense also says that the delegate and the PF clerk made it difficult to correct words at the end of the statement.
“It is unacceptable to be addicted to the investigated testimony, because the interest in investigating only partially on some of the facts that the police representation itself imputed to him, causes an unhappy and insatiable damage,” says Musy.
