Innsbruck/Vienna-The family of the insolvent Signa founder René Benko has apparently moved out of her villa in the IGLS district of Innsbruck. Like the German Manager Magazin First reported, the Laura private foundation as the owner of the villa is said to have plans for a conversion: a wellness hotel is to be built high above the city center in the building. The board of the foundation under the leadership of the German entrepreneur Thomas Limberger is now being redesigned by the property, it said. According to media reports, there is already a large wellness area in the 5,500 square meter villa. A hotel operator is now being sought.
