The former president (PL) classified as “child” the plan found by the PF (Federal Police) that proposed to kill the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court, the President () and the vice president ().
PF investigations pointed out General Mário Fernandes, who was executive secretary of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of Bolsonaro, as responsible for the preparation of the plan, which proposed, besides the use of machine guns and explosives.
“I have suffered an attempted murder. Not these three who are all the time flying there … ‘Oh there is a plan there, green and yellow dagger.’ The guy with whom they found this plan was not heard. He has to say that this business is there,” Bolsonaro told Journalists at Brasilia, back from Rio de Janeiro.

Bolsonaro refers to the stabbed attack in 2018 by Adélio Bispo. The PF concluded this investigation still during its government and pointed out that Adélio acted alone, but the former president and allies still release doubts about it.
About the green and yellow dagger, according to investigators, the plan was still in management in 2022.
In three pages of Word, the “Yellow Green Dagger”, a document, according to PF, digitally created by the Mario Fernandes Reserve General, considered that the conditions were “viable” but with “significant restrictions on immediate execution.”
Fernandes was arrested by PF. In his statement, he opted for silence. According to investigations, his plan detailed action stages, need for war weapons and with high war power and the way the three would be killed.
