Ingredients:
- 4 larger oranges,
- 500 ml of cream (30 or 36 percent),
- 250 g mascarpone,
- 100 g of white sugar,
- 3 small eggs,
- 40 g of corn starch,
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- orange peel,
- Pieces of orange or mandarin.
Method of performance:
