The roulade from this recipe is prepared with minced meat. You can use both pork, beef and poultry, everything depends on your preferences. You will make the stuffing with broccoli with the addition of salty feta cheese and expressive garlic. Ready broccoli You can serve with potato purée and your favorite salad. The family will eat.
Meat:
- 600 g of minced meat,
- 30 g of breadcrumbs,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese,
- 1 egg,
- Salt and pepper,
- Rapeseed oil for frying.
Stuffing:
- 1 broccoli,
- 50 g of sera fat,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- Salt and pepper.
For breading:
The roulade will fit great sauce based on tomatoes and hot peppers.
Make a stuffing first. Cook the broccoli in salted water for about 10 minutes. Knead it well with a fork in a bowl, then add feta cheese, peeled and squeezed through the Prague garlic, salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients.
Put the minced meat into a bowl. Salt, gray, add egg, breadcrumbs and cheese. Peel the garlic and squeeze through the press, adding to the meat. Handy mass with your hands. Spread the aluminum foil on the counter. Apply a portion of meat with spoons and form a rectangle. Spread the stuffing on the whole, leaving after about a centimeter margin on each side. Wrap the roulade by helping yourself with aluminum foil. Put the prepared meat in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
After removing from the fridge, pull out the foil. In one bowl, beat the eggs and pour the breadcrumbs into the other. Bread the whole roulade on each side first in the egg, and then in breadcrumbs. Fry a roulade with broccoli on each side for a few minutes in a heated pan with oil. Then reduce the heat, cover the pan and simmer for about 20 minutes. During frying, turn them over so that it does not burn. If necessary, water with water.
