Julia Zanatta argues that boundary of withdrawal, today of $ 6,220, does not meet the needs of the affected population
The federal deputy (PL-SC) proposed an amendment to include in the provisional measure that releases FGTS (Service Guarantee Fund) so that the worker can withdraw 100% of the appeal in case of natural disasters.

The deputy states that the limitation of withdrawal, which today is $ 6,220 in case of calamity, does not appropriately meet the needs of the affected population.

According to the Minister of Labor and Employment, 12.1 million Brazilians will benefit from the release of the blocked balance of FGTS. Payments began to be made on the last Thursday (6.mar.2025).
