Juicy chicken in cream sauce. You haven't eaten such a good dinner for a long time

Are you looking for a dinner that is being done simply? At the same time, do you care about the diverse and rich taste of the main course? Chicken in cream sauce This is an ideal proposition for you. Although it seems a mild dish, the whole range of spices and additives gives it a very expressive aroma. The meat comes out soft, delicate, and immersed in the sauce is pleasantly juicy. Serve the chicken with rice, potatoes and even pasta – as you prefer.

Ingredients:

  • 600 g of chicken fillets,
  • onion,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 200 ml of 30% liquid cream in a cardboard box,
  • 50 ml of poultry broth,
  • a teaspoon of soy sauce or Worcestershire,
  • a teaspoon of honey mustard,
  • 50 g sera cheddar,
  • 50 g of Edam cheese,
  • Salt and pepper,
  • a bit of thyme,
  • a bit of ground sweet pepper,
  • A spoon of olive oil.

Method of performance:

Chicken fillets cut into thinner slices to make them evenly fry. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry fillets on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden. Transfer them to a plate.

Peel and cut the onion. Get rid of the shell from the cloves of garlic and squeeze through the press. Grate both cheeses on a grater.

Now in the same pan where the meat was fried, fry the onion and garlic. Stir from time to time. Pour poultry and 30%cream, stirring thoroughly. Leave it for a few minutes until the sauce starts bubbling.

Then add soy sauce (or Worcestershire), as well as honey mustard. Season with thyme, ground pepper, salt and pepper. Mix and leave it for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Then add cheese and immediately transfer fried chicken fillets. Fry together on low heat, turning them from time to time.
