URGENT: Rio Acre surpasses a quota of overflow and reaches 14.6 meters in the capital

The Rio Branco Civil Defense reported on the morning of Monday (10), at 05h, that the Acre River exceeded the 14 meter overflowing quota.

The tributary reached 14.6 meters at dawn and continues to rise, according to the agency.

This Sunday (9), the river reached the warning quota, which is 13.5 meters. Some neighborhoods, such as Civil Defense and Sobral, have already been hit by the waters.

The Rio Branco City Hall has already begun the assembly of shelters in the exhibition park to welcome families that will be affected by the waters.

Now, as for the weather forecast for today throughout Acre:

– Rio Branco: cloudy sky with the possibility of isolated rains. Temperature between 22 ° C and 30 ° C.

– South Cruise: Sun with some clouds and possibility of rain in the afternoon. Temperature between 21 ° C and 31 ° C.

– Madureira Seine: Partially cloudy sky with the possibility of rain. Temperature between 23 ° C and 29 ° C.

– Tarauacá: cloudy sky with sparse rain. Temperature between 22 ° C and 30 ° C.
