Voepass currently has 6 aircraft. Its operation includes 15 locations with commercial flights and 2 with charter contracts.
Suspension reasons
According to Anac, his decision was made due to “VOEPASS’s inability to solve irregularities ” identified during the supervision made by the agency. In addition, Anac said the company violated “previously established conditions for continuity of the operation within the required safety standards”.
After, in Vinhedo, ANAC has supervised VOEPASS facilities to verify that the company guarantees the proper level of security in its air operations.
Due to the inspection, ANAC required, in October 2024, measures such as:
- Air network reduction (integrated aerial routes that connect airports and destinations);
- Increased soil time of aircraft to perform maintenance;
- exchange of administrators;
- Execution of the action plan to correct the irregularities.
After a new round of audits in February 2025, Anac assessed that Voepass did not comply with the imposed measures.
The agency said it had identified “the degradation of the efficiency of the company’s management system in relation to monitored activities and the systematic non -compliance with the requirements”.
Passengers affected by the cancellation of flights from VOEPASS should look for the company or travel agency responsible for selling the ticket to be reimbursed or resumed in another company.
