Do not throw the moldy tomatoes. You will be surprised how you can use them

Tomatoes break quickly, so it is worth using them on a regular basis after purchase. Sometimes, however, this is difficult due to unexpected situations (e.g. visiting friends or eating in the city), therefore, these fruits cannot be consumed immediately. You definitely found yourself in the fridge of a moldy tomato.

If its surface began to cover mold, do not even think about cutting down the broken part of the tomato and eating its rest. Such a product is no longer suitable for consumption. It can harm your health, but you don’t have to throw it away.

Clamping a piece of tomato covered by mold is dangerous to health. Regardless of whether it is white or black, toxins containing mycelium may remain in the whole fruit.

The product is therefore not suitable for consumption. However, do not throw it away because it is wasted food. You can use the slightly overpass, moldy tomato by planting it in a pot. Thanks to this, after a few weeks you will be able to enjoy new fruits and this is a completely ecological method.

If tomatoes are only poured (and not completely moldy), think about using them again for ecological crops. Look at the seeds in the fruit and hollow them out.

If they look healthy, put them on a moist soil in a pot. In fact, even ordinary cotton wool will work just as well. Remember that tomatoes need water, sun and heat to germinate.

Until the outside is not warm outside, store them at home. When they germinate, exaggerate them to a larger pot or soil in the garden, if the weather allows it (At night it cannot fall below 13-14 degrees Celsius, because the height will be inhibited and the tomatoes will get sick).
