During the audience a photograph of Maradona lying down and with her visibly swollen body was shown.
“His state was eloquent,” Ferrari said when he considered that health professionals who should serve him “condemned him to oblivion in this tiger house and deliberately and cruelly, decided that it would die. All of this will be proved in the trial.”
An eighth defendant, nurse Dahiana Gisela Madrid, will be tried separately at the end of this process, submitted to the jury at the request of her defense.
