The text authored by Senator Randolfe Rodrigues (PT-AP) has already been approved by the Senate and will be voted in the House.
Remains payable are expenses that even committed, not paid until December 31 of a given year. If approved by the House, the proposal may release up to R $ 4.6 billion canceled by 2024, including funds for parliamentary amendments.
If the rapporteur makes any change in the text, however, the bill will need to be analyzed by the Senate again.
