Europe scholarships rise with possible ceasefire in Ukraine

Trump said he should talk to Putin later this week.

In Portugal, Parliament voted against the confidence motion presented by the government of Prime Minister Luís Montenegro paving the way for new elections in May. The prime minister was overthrown with the vote of all other parties.

After that, the Lisbon bag fell, but recovered the breath.
